How to Log On to Online Services to View Your Loan Account Information

myHELPbalance is a website that allows you to check your HELP debt and repayment information online. You can also update your personal details.

You can check how much you owe on your HELP debt through the Australian Tax Office (ATO) either online through myGov or by contacting the ATO.

Once you're in the ATO menu, scroll down to the Loan accounts section and tap the view button. The balance is what you still owe.
